RETURNS/EXCHANGES

NO REFUNDS. Exchange only. Items purchased from www.reworkonline.com which are not SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color. Please submit request within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Item(s) must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the client at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition and reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.

CONSIGNMENT PURCHASES, all sales are FINAL, no return or exchange.

SHIPPING

We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons. Due to the spread of COVID-19, processing may take longer and shipping may encounter a delay.

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock, but will be available to ship at a future date.  The estimated shipment date for preorders appears on the item's product detail page.
